The Role

Home Cleaning Technician

As an HD Clean cleaning technician, you care for homes across Fairbanks or Anchorage, delivering the same trusted standard on every visit, the kind of clean a family is genuinely glad to come home to.

What you'll do

  • Clean homes to the HD Clean checklist, kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, and floors, with care and consistency.
  • Arrive within your scheduled morning or afternoon window, ready to work.
  • Follow each client's preferences, the products, routines, and small details that make their home theirs.
  • Communicate clearly with your team and the office, and flag anything that needs attention.
  • Walk the finished work with the client at closeout, so they can see it's done right.
  • Treat every home, and every teammate, with respect, every single visit.

What we're looking for

We hire for character first, then skill. We can teach cleaning. What we can't teach is who you are, so we start with our values, then the practical things.

Schedule

Daytime hours, mostly Monday through Friday. No late nights.

Fairbanks and Anchorage, Alaska.
