Our services
HD Clean provides home cleaning services across the Fairbanks and Anchorage, AK areas, with limited office cleaning available on request. Specific services, frequency, and pricing are agreed upon when you book.
Scheduling, cancellations & rescheduling
We reserve your appointment just for you. We request at least 48 business hours' notice to skip or reschedule. With less than 48 business hours' notice, or if we cannot access your home, a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the cleaning may apply. Cleanings rescheduled at the client's request are considered a skip and may be subject to the same fee.
Payment
Payment is due the day of your cleaning. We accept cash, check, and credit card.
Our satisfaction guarantee
Our work is 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If we didn't meet your expectations, please notify us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will gladly return to re-clean any unsatisfactory areas.
What to expect
For everyone's safety, our team does not climb higher than a 2-step ladder and cannot move heavy furniture. Some dust resettlement after a cleaning is normal. Please secure nervous pets during your appointment.
