How much does house cleaning cost?
Every home is different, so we give you an upfront, no-obligation quote instead of a one-size-fits-all price. Our service starts at a $250 minimum, and most recurring clients land on a price that fits their home and how often we visit. Tell us a little about your place and we'll send a free estimate, no pressure.
How often should I have my home cleaned?
Whatever fits your life. We offer recurring home cleaning weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Bi-weekly is the most popular, but if you have pets, kids, or a busy season, weekly keeps things easy. Not sure? We'll talk it through and help you pick.
Will I have the same team every time?
Yes, that is the whole idea: a team you know. We send the same named, background-checked technicians so they learn your home and how you like things. If your regular tech is ever out for PTO or a sick day, we let you know in advance, send someone who has reviewed your preferences, and hold the same HD Clean standard.
Are your products pet-safe and family-safe?
Yes, by default. We use pet-safe and family-safe products on every clean, so you never have to ask twice. If anyone in your home has an allergy or sensitivity, just tell us and we'll adjust.
What if I'm not satisfied?
Our work is 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If we didn't meet your expectations, please notify us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will gladly return to re-clean any unsatisfactory areas. We also walk the work with you before we leave and follow up the next day, so it rarely comes to that.
Where do you clean?
We serve homes across two Alaska hubs, Fairbanks and Anchorage. Around Fairbanks that includes College, Badger, Ester, Fort Wainwright, Fox, and North Pole. What should I do before my first clean?
Not much. Tidy away anything you'd like us to work around, and let us know your priorities and any no-touch zones. We bring all the supplies and equipment. Tell us how we get in (you can be home, hide a key, or share a code) and we'll take it from there.
What if my regular team is out?
We plan for it. When a substitution is needed, our office lets you know in advance, names the teammate coming, and makes sure they have reviewed your preferences before they arrive. The clean, the closeout walkthrough, and the 24-hour follow-up all happen the same way.
Do you handle hoarding, biohazard, carpet-only, or post-construction jobs?
Those fall outside what we do best, so we don't take them on, but we're glad to point you to a trusted local partner. We focus on doing recurring home cleaning, deep cleans, and move-in/move-out cleans really well. Just ask and we'll refer you in the right direction.
What if I need to skip or reschedule?
Life happens, just give our office a call. We ask for 48 business hours' notice so we can keep your technician's schedule and pay steady. With less notice, or if we can't get in, a cancellation fee may apply. Your recurring schedule stays the same going forward.
Do I have to be home?
No. Most clients are away while we clean, with a hidden key or an entry code. If you'd rather be home, that's fine too, we'll work around you.
Who provides the cleaning supplies?
We do. We bring all our own supplies and equipment. If you'd prefer we use a specific product, just let us know.
When and how do I pay?
Payment is due the day of your cleaning. We accept cash, check, and credit card.
